o       Pre-tournament manual is almost completely out

o       Judy will update when all the due dates for paperwork are posted

o       There is an appeal process in regards to mandatory hotel rooms

·        Winterfest

o       Very successful for the region

o       Coed tournament was popular

o       Uniform issue

§         Judy motions:  We adjust our Yankee rules from the USAV rules for Yankee to allow for athletic pants

o       Very few responses from TDs with gym space

o       Chet will confirm dates and locations and registration deadline

§         Volleyballs for MVPs

§         Open bidding for clothing prizes

§         Will give some numbered scramble jerseys to TDs to help.

o       R2 and scorekeeper requirement will be instituted again

o       There will not be nationals gifts this year; we’ll have clothing equipment available for purchase by all members
