From the East

Take the Massachussets Turnpike to I-495 North to I-290 West
into Worcester to Exit 18, Westboro/Leicester.  Turn right from
the exit ramp onto Lincoln St.  Turn right at first traffic light
onto Concord St.  Go straight ahead on Concord which becomes 
Salisbury St.  Continue on Salisbury St. for about 2 miles
past the intersection at Park Avenue.  (Bear left at the Forest St.
fork, stay right at the Flagg St. fork).  Assumption College will be 
immediately on your right.


From the North

Take I-495 to I-290 West into Worcester. Take exit 18 off 
I-290 West.  Follow directions "From the East".


From the NorthWest

Take I-190 South from Leominster to I-290 West into Worcester.
Take exit 18 off I-290 West (first exit).  Follow directions 
"From the East".

From the West/South

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 10 - Worcester/Auburn exit- 
and follow I-290 East to Exit 17, Lincoln Square.  Turn left onto 
Belmont Street (Route 9 West). Cross over I-290; at Lincoln Square, bear 
right (bypassing stoplight), then left (stoplight), then onto Salisbury Street 
via Concord Street.  Continue on Salisbury St. for about 2 miles through the 
intersection at Park Avenue. Bear left at the Salisbury/Forest St. fork, then 
bear right at the Salisbury/Flagg St. fork. Assumption College will be 
immediately on your right.


From the Southeast

There are two options.  Take I-495 North to I-290 West to Exit
18, Westboro/Leicester.  Then follow directions "From the East".

OR

Take I-95 to Providence and continue on I-95 to route 146
North.  Follow Route 146 to I-290 East in Worcester, Exit 17,
Westboro/Leicester.  Then follow directions "From the West/South".


Directions to the Gym

Assumption College is on the right on Salisbury St..
Turn right into college, bear right at 1st fork 
(Keeping pond on left), go over 2 speed dips.
After 100 yards, turn left.  The Plourde Recreation 
Center is ahead on the right, take 1st right into parking lot.
