From Route 93, US 1 or Route 3 
 
Follow signs to Boston via Interstate 93. Take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/Cambridge) 
and proceed to the Copley/Back Bay exit (on the left). At the end of the exit 
ramp, turn left at the traffic signal onto Beacon Street then a quick right onto 
Arlington Street. Follow Arlington Street alongside the Boston Public Garden to 
the fifth traffic light and turn left onto Stuart Street.  See Stuart Street

Traveling From the West/Mass Pike: 

Take Exit 22 – Prudential/Copley Square. Stay in the right lane for Copley 
Square (it comes up quickly!) and go straight onto Stuart Street when you come 
above ground.   See Stuart Street directions below.


From Stuart Street

On Stuart Street you will pass the Motor Mart and Radisson Hotel Parking 
Garages. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Charles Street. 
Take a right onto Boylston and the gym is just down the street on the right.


Via MBTA Subway

Emerson is most accessible by public transportation (the "T", Bostonians' 
affectionate term for the subway). The campus is located at Boylston Station on 
the Green Line.


At Emerson 

Parking is limited, the gym is on Boylston Street in between Charles Street 
and Tremont Street.  Piano Row Gymnasium is a new building facing the Commons.
Park at any meters on Boylston Street or Charles Street (which runs in 
between the Commons and The Gardens).  Meters are free on Sundays. 
If you cannot find any meters then please park under the commons in 
the parking garage for $10.
