Directions from Boston, MA:

Mass pike west to exit 9 (I84 west) toward Hartford/New York City.
I84 West to exit 54 toward Downtown Hartford.
Merge onto CT-2 West.  In 1/2 mile turn left on Columbus Blvd.
100 Columbus Blvd is on the left.

Directions from Springfield, MA:

I-91 south approximately 25 miles to Hartford.  
Take exit 29 A to capital area.  Merge onto Whitehead Hwy and
take immediate right on Columbus Blvd.  100 Columbus will be
on the right.

Directions from New York City Area:

Enter Connecticut and continue on CT-15 North.  
in approximately 60 miles take exit 68N-E to merge onto I-91 North.
In Approximately 18 miles take exit 29 A to capital area.  Merge
onto Whitehead Hwy and take immediate right on Columbus Blvd.
100 Columbus will be on the right.
