Here are the Directions to the Spaulding High School in Rochester.

Coming from the South:

  Take 95N to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike).
  Follow the Spaulding Turnpike/Route 16 to Exit 16.  
  
  Once off the turnpike, follow the signs to Route 125.  
  
  When you get to route 125 go left (south).  
  Go straight through two sets of lights.  
  
  After the second set of lights there is a McDonalds on the left, Spaulding high
  school is on the right immediately after the football field.


GYM ENTRANCE

	The entrance is on the opposite side of the building. 
	Go entirely around the building to parking lot on the other side. 
	Gym entrance is three sets of glass doors in the back corner where 
	the High School is connected to Vo-Tech building.
