2012 USAV Open (Nationals)

The details on how to register for the Open have changed from previous years, so please read carefully, check the yankee.org web site for any changes, and ask questions if still in doubt.

USAV Open Tournament Manuals
The Pre-tournament Manual for the 2012 US Open Volleyball Championships is now posted on the USA Volleyball website.
Click on Adults in the red menu below the USAV banner.
Select 2012 USA Volleyball Adult Open Championships.
From the blue menu on the left side of the event page, select Pre-Tournament Manual.

Competition will be conducted at the Salt Lake City Convention Center, Salt Lake City, Utah.

All registration for this event will be done through the Advanced Events System. You will need to create a new login and password since the entire system has been restructured.

CHECK LIST FOR NATIONALS ENTRY FORM

  • INDIVIDUAL CHECKS must be written for EACH TEAM or entry will be refused.
    ALL checks must be made payable to USA Volleyball Championships.
    On the Memo line of your check PRINT the team name and division.
  • It is required that you complete all items in this section:
  • Enter 2012 US OPEN VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS through the AES on-line registration system.

    (NERVA membership #s stored in NERVA / Yankee Membership Lists)
    ALL MEMBERS ON YOUR ROSTER MUST BE USAV MEMBERS WHEN YOU REGISTER YOUR TEAM
  • Print "OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM".
  • Attach the ENTRY FEE check to the 2012 USA OPEN VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM.
    On the Memo line of your check PRINT the team name and division.
    (Non-USA teams must include an additional separate check of $100 for the Sport Accident insurance fee.)
  • Attach completed 2012 US Ranking / Seeding Information form.
  • Submit completed 2012 USA OPEN VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM, ENTRY FEE and RANKING / SEEDING FORM to your Region Office by the Region's established deadline (contact your region office for its deadline).

Deadlines:

Club: A/AA/B/BB. Coed/UVolley/Masters/Seniors 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, Men's 65, Men's 70+: ALL entries must be sent directly to George Egan at the National office. These are due at the National office by April 4th - If you send them to Judy, she will not forward them.

Seniors Women's 65+, Women's 70+, Men's 73+, Men's 76+, Men's 79+: ALL entries must be sent directly to George Egan at the National office. These are due at the National office by March 21st - If you send them to Judy, she will not forward them.
