If your entry to qualifiers is incomplete or incorrect
it will be sent back to you, no exceptions.
Along with the two checks, one for the qualifier, one for
the championship, include Team Name, Level, preferred
Qualifier date, and full contact information for the captain
including e-mail. Championships are the same price as
qualifiers this year.
Your championship check will be destroyed if your team does not
qualify. Checks for qualifiers in March will be cashed on
April 1st, all other checks will be cashed on May 1st.
All entries for levels with qualifiers must be received by
February 14th at 8:00 p.m. and there is only one entry per
team per level this year. A club can send multiple teams
composed of different players. i.e. Cats & Dawgs 1,
Cats & Dawgs 2, etc.
