2009 USAV Open Volleyball Championship, Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Pre-tournament Manual for the 2009 US Open Volleyball Championships is now posted on the USA Volleyball website. Click on Adults in the red menu below the USAV banner. Select 2009 USA Volleyball Adult Open Championships. From the blue menu on the left side of the event page, select Pre-Tournament Manual.

Competition will be conducted at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

All registration for this event will be done through the Advanced Events System . You will need to create a new login and password since the entire system has been restructured.

CHECK LIST FOR NATIONALS ENTRY FORM

1. AES registration (NERVA membership #s located at) - ALL MEMBERS ON YOUR ROSTER MUST BE USAV MEMBERS WHEN YOU REGISTER YOUR TEAM signup
2. Make up the "5-digit club number"
3. Ranking form completion (if you havent played as a team this year, its not essential to complete)
4. Check written to "USA Volleyball"
5. Send registration and check to either Jonah Mytro (Mens & Womens AA, A, BB, B - March 30th 2009 ) or Gerge Egan (All Age Divisions, OPEN, Coed and Rev Coed)
6. Jonah Mytro needs to get a copy of the registration for his records (All Age Divisions, OPEN, Coed and Rev Coed)

Deadlines:
Mens & Womens AA, A, BB, B - March 30th 2009 **Send registrations DIRECTLY to Jonah Mytro

All Age Divisions, OPEN, Coed and Rev Coed Must Send two copies, the official registration and a CHECK to George Egan with a copy of the registration to Jonah Mytro for his records.
Deadlines:
Masters 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+ March 30th 2009
OPEN - March 18th 2009
Coed, Rev Coed, Uvolley March 18th 2009
Masters 65+, 70+, 75+ March 18th 2009
