If you are a new player to Yankee you will also be given the option to upgrade to full membership at a discounted rate the day of the tournament.

To play in the scramble tournaments you must register and pay in advance. Instructions on signing up and paying are below.
If you have questions contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Priority will be given to new players over current and former members.
Spots are held for new players until the week before the tournament.

Scramble tournaments are full day events held to help grow Yankee's memberships and to give new members an opportunity to get a taste of how a tournament is run and what to expect. This session, Yankee will be holding scramble tournaments in Massachusetts in men's, women's, and coed formats.

How it works?
Players sign up as an individual and are placed on a team with experienced and new players based on their position and Yankee ranking. All participants will receive a full day of play for $30/person.  You have until Wednesday before the scramble to cancel out of the tournament with a refund. If you pull out after Wednesday, you will receive a refund only if your spot is filled.

The format for scramble tournaments are similar to traditional tournaments with a 9:00 a.m. start time, pool play and playoffs.   Everyone must show up by 8:30 a.m. to sign in and pick up a jersey (if you are new).  At 8:50 a.m. we will release your reservation for any wait listed players unless you notify us ahead of time.  Final team rosters will be available at that time.
